Ordering:
When you create a Ranna.fr customer account, we record all the information necessary to place an order: email, first and last name, postal address and phone number in order to prepare and deliver your package.
These order data are transmitted to the various service providers who work to ensure that your package arrives at your home: our logistics provider who prepares the package and the carrier responsible for delivery.
They are not allowed to use your data for anything other than processing your order and must delete the data from their computer system after processing.
If you choose to have your order delivered outside of Europe, your data such as your postal address is necessarily transmitted to the logistic services of the carrier who will deliver you in that country.
Newsletter :
If you have given us your consent, we also use your email address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. Please note that if you do not want to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the newsletter or directly on the site in your "my account" space. The effect is immediate.
The provider we use for our newsletters is French, and ISO-27001 certified. As such, it guarantees us a maximum security on data storage.
